Workplace Equality for All | Filmdocumentary of a Theater play, presentation and talk
Noah Kraljević and Emina Hermann will present Croatian project 'LGBTI Workplace Equality for All' - first with the results of the survey among employers in the Republic of Croatia on policies and practices related to LGBTI employees; and then with results of research among LGBTI persons on the work conditions - so called Workplace Equality Index (WEI). They will focus on presentation of project activities that are contributing to the inclusion of LGBT people in the workplace - with emphasis on the use of art forms for educational purposes. During lecture, they will screen a trailer for a documentary in which protagonists talk about their coming out experiences and cases of discrimination in Croatia; and a screening of a trailer of performance play which serves as a tool of employee education on LGBT people and challenges they face in private and business life.

Network Pride Biz Organization Austria | Introduction and business talk

In 2019, the Verband zur Förderung von sexueller Diversität in Wirtschaft und Arbeitswelt was initiated by the two associations Austrian Gay Professionals and Queer Business Women. Biennially, an award for companies and organisations, as well as a research prize for special commitment for LGBTIQ are awarded. Moreover, there is a partnership as “Pride Biz Ally” offered to dedicated organisations and companies. They make their LGBTIQ Diversity activities visual and get access to an exciting network.

The network presents itself and is in conversation with the Carinthian International Center (CIC), the Pink Lake Organisation and the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), to what extent companies in Carinthia perceive and monitor the topic of LGBTIQ.
